"Not just the wide, wild world," snorted Godfrey. "He's walked off into the wide, wild, WICKED world! Well, if he gets tangled up with some weird, misfit losers...then it's HIS fault! Pah!"

About this blog

This blog was originally supposed to be A Year in the Life of a TEFL Teacher. I was going to go to Thailand, have a good time, keep a diary and - 12 months later, I would have a book. So I did – but there was little to do with TEFL teaching in it. Instead, Thai girls with all their exotic beauty, sexuality and deception hijacked it and were the main subject. Well, guess you could say it was partly/mostly my own fault... But who cares? It is the journey, not the destination that counts…

Several years later and finances have forced me back to the UK. This blog has continued to follow my attempts at teaching English as a second language here and also to preview my first novel Nowhere Children Inc.
